Happy to report a noticeable improvement in one of the better-run private labs in Georgetown.
Kudos to improved staff attitude-- more pleasant doorman keen to help, much reduced waiting time-- just less than half-hour from the receptionist's desk to getting some blood extracted, Lab tech polite and pleasant and results back in almost half the time.Clearly the formula is working, as they opened a Lab in New Amsterdam also-- just hope they manage to maintain these standards
